1. Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your use of the Incredible Kids website and the purchase of digital subscriptions and products from Incredible Kids (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing a membership or product, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing. Our primary service is a recurring digital subscription.

• Free Trials: We may offer a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the 3-day period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership, and we will charge the payment method on file.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation prevents future billing, but you will retain access to the content until the end of your current paid billing period.

3. EU Consumer Rights & Refund Policy: Under EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. However, special rules apply to digital content.

• Digital Goods Waiver: By checking the consent box at checkout, you expressly consent to immediate access to our digital content and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel or request a refund once we grant access.
• No Refunds: Because our product grants immediate access to digital video content, all subscription charges are non-refundable once we make the content available to your account.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property: All video content, materials, and intellectual property on incrediblekids.ie belong to Incredible Kids Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from our content. Subscriptions are for your authorised use only (home, preschool, or school, as dictated by your specific plan), and you may not share account login details.

5. Warranties and Liability: Our videos and resources are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Incredible Kids Limited reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or remove content without prior notice.
